Appointments can be booked online through our booking system on the website. Simply choose your preferred service, date, and time. If you’re unsure which treatment to select, you can book a consultation session and your therapist will personalise it on the day.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for consultation and to settle in. This helps ensure your session starts relaxed and on time.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the confirmation email or booking system. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
